Gator Real Estate Analysis Program:
Through this program, I have been able to hone my skills in financial modeling within the real estate industry. I collaborate with my peers to to evaluate property valuations and development opportunities, gaining hands-on experience with professional-grade tools and real estate finance strategies. After partnering with CenterSquare Investment management in Spring of 2026, my team was able to present the best project to the G-REAP executive board and faculty from the Bergstrom Real Estate Center. After being picked by them as the winning team, my team presented to the VP of CenterSquare Investment Management.
Gamma Phi Beta:
Through the Gamma Phi Beta sorority, I have had the oportunity to serve in several leaderships roles. Beggining in my second year at UF, I was the song chairwoman. In several events a year,I would lead my fellow memebers in singing ritual songs, as well as creating a choir membership retention plan to be in place throughout the year. After this finsihed up, I began my two year position as computer chairwoman. Through this role, I managed votes and behing-the-scene information for about 1,800 potential new members going through the sorority recruitment process each year. This helped me realize my passion for data analytics.
